The first page of a non-existing story may only be called the beginning of what may be called a great all-encompassing story; however, it should be emphatically added that an eminent prelude forms the foundation on which the larger edifice can rest and thus creates the precondition for the thoroughness of the whole.
Playfully amaze
The invitees are expected to disregard all assumptions as to what an ‘exhibition’ may or may not be before continuing to explore the undisturbed paths. Playfully we amaze and amaze: Manon Jeuken, Hans-Hannah, Noah Arends, Emmie Liebregts and Joris Suk ourselves and each other during four exciting days; so that the result can subsequently be seen by a scrupulously selected audience. The people who are so fortunate to count themselves among this exquisite company will only be admitted to the experience if they have an admission ticket which they have received by post; it may be taken for granted that one is expected to appear decently dressed and acting from full surrender.
Apprentice Master
Apprentice Master is a project by Kunstpodium T in which recently graduated artists, together with renowned artists, embark on a one-year exchange project. They meet regularly and exchange ideas and experiences.
This collaboration between Apprentices and Master ultimately results in exhibitions that can be visited by the public. These take place at Kunstpodium T or at one of the guest locations. Each season ends with the Season Highlights exhibition. Linked to this is the Jan Naaijkens Prize.
The project is currently in its thirteenth edition in 2020/2021.
